My fiancé has spent more than a decade guiding travelers throughout Egypt as a professional Egyptologist and licensed tour guide with a deep knowledge of the country's history, culture, and sacred sites. His passion for Egypt and his ability to bring its stories to life creates an experience that goes far beyond typical travel.
My background is rooted in organization, operations, and human connection. After more than ten years managing complex systems, coordinating teams, and overseeing every detail of business operations, I bring the structure, planning, and care required to ensure retreats run smoothly from start to finish.

how hosting a retreat with us works
Hosting a retreat abroad may feel complex at first, but with the right support the process becomes clear and enjoyable. From the first conversation to the final day of the retreat, we guide you through each step so you can focus on the experience you want to create.
Step 1
Share Your Vision
The process begins when you submit the inquiry form. From there we schedule a conversation to learn more about the retreat you envision, the type of group you serve, and the kind of experience you would like to create in Egypt.
Many retreat leaders begin with only a general idea of the experience they want to create, and that is perfectly fine. Part of our role is helping shape that vision into something clear and achievable. Through conversation and guidance, we help shape your ideas into a retreat your participants will remember.
During this conversation we also discuss optional support services that may help bring your retreat to life, for leaders who would like additional support.
Step 2
Design the Retreat
Once we understand your vision, we begin designing the retreat experience together. This includes shaping the itinerary, selecting destinations and experiences, and coordinating the details needed to create a meaningful journey for your group.
When the itinerary is finalized, we secure the retreat dates and begin preparing the experience so everything is ready well in advance of the retreat.
For leaders who choose the optional marketing support package, this stage may also include resources such as promotional guidance, participant communication templates, pricing guidance, and other tools designed to help you confidently share your retreat with your community.
Step 3
Lead the Retreat
When the retreat arrives, your role is simple. You focus on guiding your group, sharing your expertise, and creating meaningful moments with your participants.
Our team handles the logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground support throughout the retreat so the experience flows smoothly for everyone involved. I will also be present during the retreat to support the experience and assist with anything that may arise along the way.
For leaders who select the marketing support add-on, content capture may also be available during the retreat, including photos and video moments that can be edited and used for future promotion and storytelling.

Leading a retreat is about creating meaningful experiences for your participants. By partnering with us, you are supported behind the scenes so you can focus on holding the space for your group while every detail of the journey is carefully managed.

Ideal group size: 8 to 14 participants (minimum 6).
We Handle the Experience
Our team manages the planning, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination so the retreat experience flows smoothly from beginning to end.

What’s Not Included
To keep each retreat flexible and customizable, the following items are typically handled separately.
• International flights to and from Egypt
• Alcoholic beverages
• Personal purchases and shopping
• Tipping for guides and staff
• Travel insurance

• Retreat marketing support and toolkit
• Content capture during the retreat for future marketing and promotion
For retreat leaders who would like additional support navigating the promotion and participant communication process, an optional marketing support package is available.

Marketing Support & Toolkit
Marketing support may include:
• access to a curated Retreat Toolkit with templates and guides for participant communication and workflow
• email templates and participant forms to simplify the booking and onboarding process
• guidance on organizing participant information and tracking registrations
• feedback on retreat landing pages and communication materials
• support navigating participant questions or conversations leading up to the retreat
• assistance editing a retreat launch reel and/or announcement post for social media
• collaborative promotion through social media when appropriate
For retreat leaders who would also like visual content from their retreat experience, content capture during the retreat can be added as an additional service.
