Participation in retreats or private experiences may involve inherent risks associated with international travel, cultural activities, transportation, and group excursions.
Participants assume responsibility for evaluating travel risks and ensuring they meet all necessary travel requirements.
Travel Documentation Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation including passports, visas, entry requirements, and any required vaccinations or health documentation for their destination.
Timeless Travel by Giselle is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and travel disruptions.
Timeless Travel by Giselle does not provide travel, medical, evacuation, or liability insurance on behalf of participants.
Bookings, Deposits & Participation
Specific booking policies, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and participation agreements for retreats and private experiences are provided during the registration process and must be accepted prior to participation.

Participants must review and agree to these documents prior to joining any retreat or private experience.
Retreat Leader Partnerships
Retreat leaders who inquire about or partner with Timeless Travel by Giselle for retreat planning or coordination services may be required to enter into a separate written agreement outlining responsibilities, services provided, and partnership terms.
Digital Resources & Materials
Timeless Travel by Giselle may provide retreat leaders with guides, templates, toolkits, or other digital resources designed to support retreat planning, organization, and promotion.
These materials are provided for the personal use of the purchasing retreat leader only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared with third parties without prior written permission.
Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Marketing Support Disclaimer
Timeless Travel by Giselle may provide marketing support, guidance, or promotional collaboration to retreat leaders. These services are intended to support retreat leaders in organizing and promoting their retreats.
However, Timeless Travel by Giselle does not guarantee participant enrollment, retreat sales, or attendance levels. Retreat leaders remain responsible for promoting their retreat and attracting participants.
Content Capture & Media Usage
Timeless Travel by Giselle may offer optional content capture services during retreats, including photography and video intended for promotional or marketing use.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Timeless Travel by Giselle retains the right to use captured media for marketing, promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes.
Retreat leaders who receive content as part of these services may use the materials to promote their retreats or related offerings, but may not resell, license, or distribute the media to third parties without written permission.
Participants remain subject to the photography and media consent agreements provided prior to participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeless Travel by Giselle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or participation in retreats or private experiences.
